Indications & Dose: MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION Acute IV Adult 30-50mg IV bolus over 5 sec once (based on weight)<60kg: 30mg, 60-70kg: 35mg, 70-80kg: 40mg, 80-90kg: 45mg, >90kg: 50mgAdminister within 30 minutes after onset of acute MI |
| Contra: Hypersensitivity, Active bleeding, Recent history of CVA, intracranial or intraspinal surgery, Intracranial neoplasm, AVM, aneurysm, Bleeding diathesis, severe uncontrolled hypertension, facial trauma, suspected aortic dissection
Precautions: cerebrovascular disease, hypertension, severe hepatic/renal impairment, currently receiving oral anticoagulants, elderly, Pregnant and lactating women, recent major surgery, GI bleeding, acute pericarditis, subacute endocarditis, hemostatic defects, severe thrombophlebitis, diabetic hemorrhagic retinopathy ADR: Serious: Minor bleeding, Reperfusion arrhythmias, Myocardial Infarction, Allergic reaction, Cholesterol embolization, Others: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting |
