Precautions: psoriasis, sensitive to allylamine antifungals

ADR: Serious: SJS, TEN, liver dysfunction, angioedema, blood disorders, Others: fever, local reactions, photosensitivity, paraesthesia, dizziness, depression, GI disturbances, loss/disturbance of taste, headache, myalgia, skin reactions

DDI: Serious Warfarin anticoagulant effect is increased/decreased, Mexiletine/Flecainide/Propafenone increases drug levels, Carbamazepine leads to fatal TEN, SSRIs levels are modestly increased, Rifampicin reduces drug plasma levels, TCAs serum levels are increased

Diet: With/without food

Monitor: AST/ALT, CBC
