| Contra: hypersensitivity to anti-D immunoglobulin
Precautions: Rh +ve patients receiving treatment for blood disorders, Rh -ve patients with anti-d antibodies in their serum, IgA deficiencies, renal impairment ADR: Serious: hypersensitivity reactions, Others: fever, chills, facial flushing, headache, nausea, local reactions with pain & tenderness DDI: Serious Vaccines (Live & inactivated) efficacy is affected |
