Indications & Dose: INTERMITTENT CLAUDICATION PO Adult 250mg BID | PREVENTION OF SUBACUTE STENT OCCLUSION PO Adult 250mg BID for 28 days from the beginning of stent placementAfter intracoronary stenting | THROMBOTIC STROKE PO Adult 250mg BID to reduce risk of fatal/non-fatal stroke |
| Contra: hypersensitivity, active pathological bleeding, severe hepatic impairment, hematopoietic disorders, elderly
Precautions: mild-to-moderate hepatic impairment, moderate-to-severe renal impairment, anticoagulants & platelet aggregation inhibitors ADR: Serious: hematologic toxicity, Increases TC level, angioedema, hematuria, risk of bleeding, Others: diarrhea, rash, nausea, dyspepsia, GI pain, ALP increases DDI: Serious Theophylline clearance is reduced, Aspirin increases bleeding risk, Warfarin increases bleeding risk, & cholestatic hepatitis, Phenytoin toxicity occurs Diet: With food Monitor: CBC, TTP, LFTs |
