Indications & Dose: INSOMNIA PO Adult 1-2g HS Child <1 yr: 25–30mg/kg, 1-5 yr: 250–500mg, 6-12 yr: 0.5–1g |
| Contra: CVD, gastritis, acute porphyria, prolonged use, abrupt withdrawal
Precautions: Elderly, renal/hepatic impairment, history of alcohol/drug abuse ADR: Serious: Hypersensitivity reactions, SJS, erythema multiforme, ketonuria, Others: abdominal distension, flatulence, drowsiness, light headedness, ataxia, hallucinations, nightmares, delirium, confusion, skin rashes, excitement |
