Indications & Dose: CYCLOPLEGIA TP Adult Solution (1%): Instill 1-2 drops may be repeated in 5 min. Exam must be done within 30 min after repeated dose, if delayed by 20-30 min, instill an additional drop Child Same as adult dose | MYDRIASIS TP Adult Solution (0.5%): Instill 1-2 drops 15-20 min before eye examination, may be repeated q30min as needed Child Same as adult dose

Precautions: Children, HTN, hyperthyroidism, DM, cardiac surgery, MI, elderly

ADR: Serious: Transient bradycardia, palpitations, arrhythmias, conjunctivitis, Increases IOP, Others: systemic effects, photophobia, dry mouth, blurred vision, severe CNS disturbances, local irritation, hyperemia, edema
