Precautions: history of any coagulation disorders or individuals with thrombocytopenia, not to be used to cure pneumococcal infections, not to be used to provide immunity against diptheria, tetanus, 23valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine should be given = 2 years of age, children at high-risk for pneumococcal disease such as sickle cell disease, asplenia, HIV infection, chronic illness or who are immunocompromised

ADR: Serious: apnea in very premature infants, injection site hematoma, hemorrhage and nodule, Others: allergic reactions such as allergic dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, eczema, irritability, crying abnormal, drowsiness, febrile and non-febrile convulsions, diarrhea, vomiting, rash, urticaria, redness, pain, swelling at injection site, fever, injection site induration
