Indications & Dose: NON-SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER IV Adult 30mg/m2/dose q7days | Combination therapy IV Adult 25-30mg/m2/dose q7days with cisplatin |
Contra: Pretreatment granulocyte counts
Precautions: Bone marrow suppression, history of radiation therapy, patients with neurotoxicity, hepatic impairment ADR: Serious: peripheral neuropathy, paralytic ileus, ototoxicity, dyspnea, thrombocytopenia, neutropenic fever, Others: vomiting, Inj site reaction includes erythema, vein discoloration, fatigue, alopecia, nausea, constipation, diarrhea, increased total bilirubin DDI: Serious Mitomycin acute pulmonary toxicity, Cisplatin increases risk of granulocytopenia, Itraconazole increasing vinorelbine toxicity, Rifampicin vinorelbine reduces rifampicin levels Monitor: CBC,platelet count,hepatic function tests,new-onset pulmonary symptoms,neuropathy |
