ADR: Serious: Blood disorders, elevations of SGOT/AST/SGPT/ALT, elevations of BUN, allergic pneumonitis, anaphylaxis, bronchospasm, hematuria, jaundice, nephrolithiasis, seizures, decrease in the prothrombin time, palpitations, moniliasis/vaginitis, Others: diaphoresis, abdominal pain, Phlebitis, local reactions, rash, headache, dizziness, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting
