Precautions: Thyroid disease, glaucoma, cataracts, seizure patients, osteoporosis ADR: Serious: Arthralgia, musculoskeletal chest pain, sinusitis, pharyngolaryngeal pain, nasopharyngitis, Others: facial edema, dizziness, fatigue, dysphonia, urticaria, gastroenteritis, conjunctivitis, ear pain, nasal congestion, URTI DDI: Serious Itraconazole increases drug level, Nelfinavir/Ketoconazole/Ritonavir increases risk of systemic adverse effects Monitor: Growth & signs of HPA axis suppression,occular effects |
