Precautions: HTN, hyperthyroidism, DM, prostatic hypertrophy, elderly, CVD, thyroid disease, cerebrovascular disease, parkinson’s disease/ patients with TCA

ADR: Serious: Cerebral hemorrhage, CVA, ventricular fibrillation, angina, cardiac arrhythmia, HTN, tachycardia, pulmonary edema, urticaria, ECG changes, Others: nervousness, anxiety, tremor, vertigo, headache, drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, urinary retention, dysuria, pallor, diaphoresis, hemorrhage at Injection site, ocular irritation, flushing

DDI: Serious TCAs results in HTN, cardiac arrhythmia’s, Cocaine results in life-threatening arrhythmias

Monitor: Respiratory status, cardiac parameters, BP, injection site (hemorrhage/necrosis)
