Indications & Dose: GASTROINTESTINAL SPASM PO Adult 100mg TID or 200mg BID for not less than 6wk Elderly 100mg TID max. |
| Contra: Hypersensitivity, Chronic liver disease, history of hyperthermia, renal insufficiency, Mitochondrial myopathy, Pregnant and Lactating women
Precautions: Hepatic/Renal impairment, Elderly patients or with multiple drug therapy ADR: Serious: Myalgia, rhabdomyolysis, Others: Gastritis |
