Precautions: Hold the drug if itching/vesicle formation/excessive inflammation occurs, children <12 yr, should not be used to bleach eyelashes/eyebrows, avoid contact with the eyes, exposure to sunlight during & after therapy, not be applied to abraded/sunburnt skin

ADR: Serious: staining & corneal opacities, tremors & convulsions, Others: blue-black hyperpigmentation/pigmented colloid milium, Mild skin irritation & sensitization, transient erythema
