Indications & Dose: PRETERM LABOR IM Adult 250mg weekly | VAG Adult 100mg/day from 20 wk of gestation until the risk of prematurity is low | RECURRENT MISCARRIAGE IM Adult 250-500mg weekly during first half of pregnancy in progesterone deficiency |
| Contra: Vaginal bleeding, history/current high risk of arterial disease, severe hepatic impairment
Precautions: History of depression, history of thromboembolism, cardiac/renal impairment, epilepsy, migraine ADR: Serious: gynecomastia, breast changes, circulatory disturbances, Others: local reactions at Inj site, cough, dyspnea, GI disturbances, changes in appetite/ weight, fluid retention, edema, acne, mental depression |
