ADR: Serious: arthralgia, myalgia, lymphadenopathy, tachycardia, Others: Ocular irritation, somnolence, raised liver enzymes, postural hypotension, mazzotti reaction, fever, headache, cough, pruritus, rash, conjunctivitis, lymphadenitis, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea DDI: Serious Levamisole/Alcohol increase drug bioavailability Diet: Empty stomach Monitor: Skin, eye microfilarial counts, periodic ophthalmologic exams, stool examinations |
