Indications & Dose: CONJUNCTIVAL DECONGESTANT TP Adult Solution (0.1%): Instill 1-2 drops into the eye q3-4h | NASAL CONGESTION NSL Adult Solution (0.05%): Instill 1-2 drops q6h 3 days Child >12 yr: Same as adult dose |
Contra: Narrow angle glaucoma
Precautions: Chronic asthma, HTN, HF, coronary artey disease, occlusive vascular disease ADR: Serious: Palpitation, tachycardia, arrhythmias, mydriasis, bradycardia, coma, Others: hypoxia, nausea, headache, dizziness, drowsiness, sweating, rebound congestion, transient irritation |
