Indications & Dose: URGE URINARY INCONTINENCE/ URGENCY/URINARY FREQUENCY PO Adult 5mg OD, increase 10mg OD if needed |
| Contra: hypersensitivity, urinary retention, gastric retention, uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma
Precautions: hepatic/renal impairment, history of QT prolongation, controlled (treated) narrow-angle glaucoma, bladder outflow obstruction, children ADR: Serious: edema, HTN, blurred vision, Others: influenza, xerostomia, constipation, headache, fatigue, UTI DDI: Serious Ketoconazole increases drug exposure Diet: With/without food Monitor: Anticholinergic effects, GFR,LFTs |
