Indications & Dose: AS AN ADJUNCT TO SC/IM INJECTION Adult 1500U added directly to the injection | AS AN AID TO LOCAL ANAESTHESIA IN OPHTHALMOLOGY Adult 15U/mL is given in local anesthetic solution | HYPODERMOCLYSIS SC Child Infants & young Child: 1500U of hyaluronidase is given with each 500-1000 mL of fluid for SC use | TO AID THE DISPERSAL OF EXTRAVASATED FLUIDS/BLOOD Adult 1500U is given in 1mL of water for injection | TO IMPROVE THE RESORPTION OF RADIOPAQUE AGENTS SC Adult 75U over each scapula followed by injection of the contrast medium at the same site

Precautions: do not inject into or around an infected area, not for IV inj/anaesthetic procedures (unexplained premature labour), do not apply directly to cornea, not for use in reduction of swelling of bites/stings
