Indications & Dose: ARREST OF PREMATURE LABOR IV Adult Inf: 200-500µg/min, adjust according to response, if labor has arrested administer 10mg q3-8h (IM) for several days & continue prophylaxis 30-90mg/day (PO) in divided doses | CEREBRAL/PERIPHERAL VASCULAR DISEASE PO Adult 10-20mg TID/QID |
