Indications & Dose: BENIGN GASTRIC/DUODENAL ULCER PO Adult 40mg OD 4-8 wks | EROSIVE ESOPHAGITIS ASSOCIATED WITH GERD PO Adult 40mg OD 8 wks, continue further 8 wks if ulcer is not healed, MD 40mg OD 40mg OD 8 wks, continue further 8 wks if ulcer is not healed, MD 40mg OD | IV Adult 40mg OD 7-10 days | GASTROESOPHAGEAL REFLUX DISEASE Mild PO Adult 20mg OD | H.PYLORI INFECT PO Adult 40mg OD 2-4 wks | PO Adult Pantoprazole 40mg BID with clarithromycin 500mg BID & amoxicillin 1g BID, or with clarithromycin 250mg BID & metronidazole 400mg BID | HYPERSECRETORY DISORDERS IV Adult 60-240mg/day in divided doses 7 days | NSAID-INDUCED GASTRIC ULCERS PO Adult 20mg/day | ZOLLINGER-ELLISON SYNDROME PO Adult Initially 40mg BID, max 240mg/day | IV Adult 60-240mg/day in divided doses 7 days |
