Indications & Dose: INTERMITTENT CLAUDICATION PO Adult 400mg TID 8 wk, reduce to 400mg BID in case of GI/CNS adverse effects |
Contra: Hypersensitivity, recent cerebral/retinal hemorrhage
Precautions: Renal impairment, elderly, children ADR: Serious: Flushing, angina, palpitations, cardiac arrhythmias, hypersensitivity reactions, risk of bleeding, Others: Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, GI disturbances, headache DDI: Serious Ciprofloxacin/Cimetidine increases drug levels (increases incidence of adverse effects), Acenocoumarol increases risk of serious bleeding, Antidiabetics intensifies blood glucose-lowering effects by drug (IV), Theophylline levels increases by drug Diet: With food |
