Indications & Dose: PREVENTION OF CERVICAL CANCER/ CERVICAL ADENOCARCINOMA IN SITU/ CERVICAL INTRAEPITHELIAL NEOPLASIA CAUSED BY HUMAN PAPILOMAVIRUS TPES 16 & 18 IM Adult Females > 10yrs and > 25 yrs: 0.5mL followed by 0.5mL at 1 and 6 months after initial dose |
| Contra: hypersensitivity, severely immunosuppressed children
Precautions: acute illness, neurological conditions, alcohol/disinfectant ADR: Serious: myalgia, lymphangitis, influenza like symptoms, arthralgia, lymphadenopathy, hypersensitivity reactions, bronchospasm, angioedema, anaphylaxis, redness, nasopharyngitis, URTI, Others: sterile abscess, fever, fatigue, headache, irritability, loss of appetite, dizziness, paraesthesia, asthenia, drowsiness, rash, urticaria, malaise, pain, inflammation Monitor: Gynecologic screeening exam,papillomavirus test |
