Indications & Dose: HYPERTENSION PO Adult Each tablet contains amlodipine 5mg & lisinopril 5mg: 1 tablet OD, may increase to 2 tablet/day if needed |
| Contra: Hypersensitivity, hereditary/idiopathic angioedema
Precautions: History of hepatic/renal impairment, severe CVD, any allergy, children ADR: Serious: Fluid retention, flushing, palpitation, chest pain, elevations in BUN, elevations in BUN, SeCr, K, Others: weakness, dry mouth, Nausea, headache, dizziness, cough, diarrhea, fatigue, rash |
