Indications & Dose: ADVANCED PROSTATIC CARCINOMA SC Adult 500µg q8hrs for 1wk. (On 8th day treatment is changed to nasal route; 100µg is sprayed into each nostril 6times/day | ENDOMETRIOSIS NSL Adult 150µg sprayed into each nostril 3times/day for 6months | INFERTILITY NSL Adult 150µg 4times/day, start therapy either in early follicular phase (day 1) or mid luteal phase (day 21) of menstrual cycle, and therapy should continue until pituitary downregulation (usual range 1-3 wks), max 300µg 4times/day. Alternatively 200-500µg/day, max 500µg BID as SC |
| Contra: Hypersensitivity, undiagnosed abnormal vaginal bleeding, nonhormone dependent prostate cancer, orchiectomy
