Indications & Dose: HYPERTENSION PO Adult Enalapril 5-10mg and hydrochlorothiazide 12.5-25mg OD, max Enalapril 40mg/day and hydrochlorothiazide 50mg/day

Precautions: Hepatic/renal diseases, asthma, gout, history of heart & parathyroid disease, DM, patients who are taking other medications, elderly, children, avoid alcohol consumption, drink enough fluid, do not drive a car/operate machinery, avoid exposure to sunlight

ADR: Serious: low BP, palpitation, Others: vomiting, indigestion, constipation, flatulence, dry mouth, sleeplessness, nervousness, tingling, drowsiness, unsteadiness, difficulty in breathing, gout, back pain, joint pain, increased sweating, decreased sexual activity, urinary tract infection, dizziness, headache, fatigue, muscle cramps, weakness, impotence, diarrhea, increased cough, fainting, chest pain, abdominal pain
