Precautions: Renal/hepatic impairment, slow acetylators, epilepsy, history of psychosis, DM, HIV infect, acute porphyria

ADR: Serious: Tachycardia, HTN, palpitation, vasculitis, blood disorders, blurred vision, arthralgia, hepatic dysfunction, peripheral neuropathy, hyperbilirubinemia, bilirubinuria, hepatitis, seizures, toxic encephalopathy, Others: Flushing, depression, dizziness, fever, memory impairment, slurred speech, psychosis, rash, gynecomastia, hyperglycemia, metabolic acidosis, pellagra, pyridoxine deficiency, anorexia, epigastric distress, nausea, vomiting, paresthesia, lupus-like syndrome, lymphadenopathy, rheumatic syndrome
