Contra: Hypersensitivity, porphyria
Precautions: Hepatic impairment, myasthenia gravis, QT interval prolongation agents, history of arrhythmias, use of lactobionate in patients with severe renal impairment ADR: Serious: Angioedema, photosensitivity, bronchospasm, nephritis, palpitation, Others: rhinitis, diarrhea, nausea, pruritus, rash, abdominal pain, anorexia, vomiting, vaginitis, inflammation, allergic reaction, candidiasis, conjunctivitis, fungal infect, insomnia, constipation, flatulence, diaphoresis, dizziness, leukopenia, malaise, nervousness, taste perversion DDI: Serious Lovastatin leads to acute rhabdomyolysis, Digoxin/Ciclosporin levels increases, Antacids reduce drug levels Diet: With/without food Monitor: CBC, LFTs |
