Indications & Dose: BACTERIAL CONJUNCTIVITIS TP Adult Solution (0.5%): Instill 1 drop into affected eye BID 7 days Child >4 month: Same as adult dose | BACTERIAL EXACERBATION Acute PO/IV Adult 400mg OD 5 days | BACTERIAL SINUSITIS Acute PO/IV Adult 400mg OD 10 days | BRONCHITIS Chronic PO/IV Adult 400mg OD 5 days | COMMUNITY-ACQUIRED PNEUMONIA PO/IV Adult 400mg OD 1-2 wks | INTRA-ABDOMINAL INFECT Complicated PO/IV Adult 400mg OD 5-14 days (initiate with IV) | SKIN/SKIN STRUCTURE INFECT PO/IV Adult Uncomplicated: 400mg/day 1 wk, complicated: 400mg/day 1-3 wks |
