Indications & Dose: CHOLERA PO Adult 400mg BID 3 days | EYE INFECT TP General 0.3% preparations are used | GASTROENTERITIS PO Adult 400mg BID 5 days | PROSTATITIS PO Adult 400mg BID 4-6wk | TRAVELER’S DIARRHEA Moderate-to-severe PO Adult 400mg BID 1-3 days | UNCOMPLICATED GONORRHEA PO Adult 800mg single dose | URINARY TRACT INFECT Uncomplicated PO Adult 400mg BID 3days (due to E. coli/K. pneumonia/P. mirabilis) or 7-10 days (for other organisms) | Complicated PO Adult 400mg BID 10-21 days |
