Precautions: Asthma, renal impairment, history of seizure

ADR: Serious: anaphylactoid/hypersensitivity reactions, cardiac arrest, CVA, hypotension, seizure, severe agitation, tinnitus, intestinal necrosis, arthritis exacerbation, blindness/blurred vision, renal impairment, diaphoresis, Others: nausea, vomiting, impotence, anxiety, confusion, dizziness, headache

DDI: Serious Methotrexate causes acute toxicity, Indomethacin/Aspirin/Phenylbutazone/Sulfinpyrazone prolongs drug half-life, Tetracyclines reduces penicillins efficacy, Probenecid reduces penicillins excretion

Monitor: Anaphylaxis during first dose
