Indications & Dose: NAUSEA PO Adult 50-100mg q4-6h, not to exceed 400mg/day Child 2-5 yr: 12.5-25mg q6-8h, max 75mg/day; 6-12 yr: 25-50mg q6-8h, max 150mg/day | IV Adult 50mg q4h, max 100mg q4h | IM Adult 50mg q4h, max 100mg q4h Child 1.25mg/kg or 37.5mg/m2 QID, max 300mg/day | VERTIGO PO Adult 50-100mg q4-6h, not to exceed 400mg/day Child 2-5 yr: 12.5-25mg q6-8h, max 75mg/day, 6-12 yr: 25-50mg q6-8h, max 150mg/day | IV Adult 50mg q4h, max 100mg q4h | IM Adult 50mg q4h, max 100mg q4h Child 1.25mg/kg or 37.5mg/m2 QID, max 300mg/day | VOMITING PO Adult 50-100mg q4-6h, not to exceed 400mg/day Child 2-5 yr: 12.5-25mg q6-8h, max 75mg/day; 6-12 yr: 25-50mg q6-8h, max 150mg/day | IV Adult 50mg q4h, max 100mg q4h | IM Adult 50mg q4h, max 100mg q4h Child 1.25mg/kg or 37.5mg/m2 QID, max 300mg/day

Contra: Hypersensitivity, neonates

Precautions: History of asthma, increased IOP/glaucoma, CVD, prostatic hyperplasia/GU obstruction., pyloroduodenal obstruction, thyroid dysfunction, antibiotics, elderly

ADR: Serious: Hypotension, palpitations, blurred vision, tinnitus, Others: Drowsiness, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, constipation, dry mouth, dysuria, urinary frequency, photosensitivity, decreased appetite, pain at IM site

DDI: Serious Barbiturates/Alcohol CNS depressant effects is enhanced, TCAs/Antimuscarinics effects are potentiated by drug

Diet: With food

Monitor: Anticholinergic side-effects
